Varanasi- Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath on Wednesday directed officials to enforce permanent noise control measures at religious places and ban high-volume DJs during Holi celebrations.

In a high-level review meeting at the Circuit House, Adityanath also ordered the installation of CCTV cameras at key locations, strict monitoring of cattle smuggling, and tougher action against offenders.
Focusing on development, he pushed for faster project completion with weekly progress reports and proposed artistic beautification of flyover pillars. Additionally, he called for vending zones for hawkers, affordable meals for farmers at procurement centers, and hostels for working women.
With Holi approaching, Adityanath instructed heightened vigilance and demanded a list of the top ten criminals from each police station for stricter law enforcement.
