US Arrests Over 500 Illegal Immigrants, Deports Hundreds In Just 3 Days

Published:

In the initial days of President Donald Trump’s administration, U.S. authorities launched a major crackdown on illegal immigration, arresting and deporting hundreds of illegal migrants just three days after he took office.
White House press secretary Karoline Leavitt revealed that 538 illegal immigrants were arrested, including a suspected terrorist, four members of the Tren de Aragua gang, and individuals convicted of sex crimes involving minors.

Leavitt also stated that the Trump administration deported hundreds of criminal immigrants via military aircraft, calling it the largest deportation operation in U.S. history. She reiterated that the administration was fulfilling its promises related to immigration enforcement.

The White House also provided details of some of the crimes committed by the arrested individuals, which included rape, sexual abuse of minors, and continuous sexual misconduct against children under 14.

This initiative follows President Trump’s executive order titled “Protecting the American people against invasion,” which addresses the surge in illegal immigration over the previous four years. The order criticizes the large number of illegal immigrants who entered the U.S. or were permitted to fly into the country, violating long-standing federal laws.
