Sebi employees protest at Mumbai HQ, ask for resignation of Chairperson Madhabi Puri Buch: Report

Around 200 employees of India’s market regulator, the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) protested at its Mumbai headquarters on Thursday, September 5, 2024, a day after Sebi issued a press release stating that their earlier letter on the unprofessional and stressful work culture to Finance Ministry was “misguided by external elements.”
