Tim David’s Consistency with the Bat
Tim David walked into bat in the 15th over and started cautiously, scoring just four runs from his first eight balls. However, once settled, he shifted gears dramatically. In the 19th over, he took on Axar Patel, smashing 17 runs. He carried that momentum into the final over, bowled by Mukesh, where he struck two sixes and a four. David has been in good form in this edition of the IPL, scoring 22* runs against Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and 32 against Gujarat Titans (GT) in previous matches.
KL Rahul’s Match-Winning Knock
Continuing his fine form from the last match, KL Rahul played a brilliant innings, scoring 93* runs off just 53 balls to take the game away from RCB. His knock included seven fours and six sixes, with a strike rate of 175.47. For his outstanding performance, Rahul was awarded the Player of the Match.
