Udaipur,3rd Oct. President Droupadi Murmu on Thursday attended the 32nd convocation of Mohanlal Sukhadia University. In her address, she emphasized the rapid changes occurring in knowledge, science, and technology, urging students to embrace “The Spirit of the Student” as a guiding principle for their lives.
President Murmu advised the graduates to balance their ambitions with social sensitivity, noting that true welfare is achieved by contributing positively to others’ lives.
She cautioned against actions that could tarnish their character, underscoring the importance of integrity and ethical behavior in every aspect of life.
Highlighting the empowering role of education, she praised Mohanlal Sukhadia University for its over six decades of commitment to higher education and its significant contribution to social justice, particularly through the education of students from SC and ST communities.
The President also commended the university for adopting villages and engaging students in community development, reflecting a strong sense of social responsibility.
