PM Modi Departs For Washington DC After Historic France Visit

Prime Minister Narendra Modi departed for Washington, DC, on the second leg of his official visit after concluding a significant trip to France. French President Emmanuel Macron personally saw off PM Modi at Marseille airport, highlighting the strong bilateral ties between the two nations.

A productive visit concludes, where I attended programmes ranging from AI, commerce, energy and cultural linkages. Gratitude to President Emmanuel Macron and the people of France,” he wrote.

The visit underscored the deepening strategic partnership between India and France, with both countries reaffirming their commitment to strengthening cooperation across various sectors. PM Modi now heads to Washington, where he is expected to engage in high-level discussions with US leaders on key global and bilateral issues.
