Thiruvananthapuram, 6th Oct. Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan’s office issued a stern statement on Sunday, slaming sections of the media for allegedly attempting to “create fake news” regarding his meetings with personal staff at his office and residence.
Reports had suggested that a meeting at the CM’s official residence was linked to a possible decision on the fate of ADGP (Law and Order) M R Ajithkumar, who has faced criticism for alleged meetings with RSS leaders.
The CMO emphasized that such meetings with personal staff are routine and accused the media of violating ethics by reporting without verification.
