Kejriwal Questions Amit Shah Over Delhi’s Security Situation

New Delhi, 28th Nov.In a sharp critique of the central government, Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) national convener and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal raised concerns about the safety and security of the national capital. Speaking at a press conference, Kejriwal directed pointed questions at Union Home Minister Amit Shah, asking, “What’s happening in Delhi? Would he agree that he is unable to manage Delhi? Who should people of Delhi go to for security?”

Kejriwal’s remarks highlighted growing apprehensions regarding women’s safety in the city, stating, “Do women feel safe in Delhi?” The comments come amidst rising public debates over law and order in the capital.

The Delhi government and the central government have often been at loggerheads over issues of governance and public safety. Kejriwal’s statements are likely to intensify the discourse, as citizens and political stakeholders demand greater accountability for ensuring security in the capital.
