Gorakhpur, 20th Sept. Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath reiterated his government’s unwavering commitment to justice and fairness during a public interaction at the Gorakhnath temple on Friday. Addressing nearly 300 attendees, Adityanath directed officials to swiftly resolve public grievances, stressing that injustice would not be tolerated under any circumstances.
In a stern message to the land mafia and those illegally occupying land, the Chief Minister warned of strict legal action, stating that offenders would face severe consequences. “Anyone forcibly occupying land must be treated as part of the land mafia,” he said, urging officials to ensure that legal measures serve as a deterrent.
Several women brought forward complaints of land disputes, alleging attempts by influential individuals to seize their properties. Adityanath instructed officials to act decisively and provide quick resolutions to such cases. He also addressed family disputes, encouraging officials to promote dialogue for amicable solutions.
During the event, the Chief Minister assured individuals seeking financial aid for critical medical treatments that the government would expedite fund disbursements after receiving cost assessments.
In addition to his public outreach, Adityanath, who serves as the head priest of the Gorakhnath temple, inspected the temple’s cowshed and discussed the health and diet of the cows, including two Punganur calves recently brought from Andhra Pradesh.
The Chief Minister’s focus on justice, welfare, and prompt government response continues to solidify his administration’s pro-people stance.
