New Delhi, 21st Sept. Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on a three-day visit to the United States, where he will participate in the Quad Summit hosted by President Joe Biden in Wilmington, as well as address the Summit of the Future at the United Nations General Assembly in New York.

In his departure statement, the Prime Minister expressed his anticipation of joining President Biden, Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese, and Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida for the Quad Summit. He highlighted the forum’s growing significance in promoting peace, progress, and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific region.

The Prime Minister noted that his meeting with President Biden would be an opportunity to review and explore new avenues to further strengthen the India-US Comprehensive Global Strategic Partnership, which benefits both nations and the global community.

Additionally, Modi expressed his enthusiasm for engaging with the Indian diaspora and key American business leaders, who play a vital role in fostering the unique partnership between the world’s largest and oldest democracies.

At the Summit of the Future, the Prime Minister plans to share India’s perspectives, representing one-sixth of humanity, on the need for a peaceful and secure future. He emphasized the high global stakes in ensuring a better future for all.
