The Delhi High Court has tasked the CBI with investigating why Old Rajinder Nagar experienced severe waterlogging on July 27, leading to three civil services aspirants drowning. The court is assessing bail requests for four co-owners of the flooded coaching basement and has shifted the case from Delhi Police to CBI.
